Our target is to achieve zero time lost on each project due to workplace accidents and injuries, and by doing so, to maximize productivity and cost efficiency to ensure every employee returns home safely at the end of each day.

Ginno Construction has a culture that promotes an injury-free environment and provides the safest workplace possible for our employees, subcontractors, clients and others who enter our construction sites.

We know timing is important. That is why on a project we make sure everyone is on the same schedule. We use a Microsoft scheduling system that allows us to keep everyone updated on the job. Everyone including the Superintendent, Project Manager, Owner and all of the Subcontractors are in sync with the schedule. This technology allows us to easily make changes to the scheduling and finish your work in a timely manner.
